1. Applicability
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all digital services, paid advertising retainers, creative layouts, technical configurations, SEO briefs, and automated frameworks purchased from or delivered by PROMOTEOUT.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may submit cancellation requests by emailing us at Asishvasa1@gmail.com.
To be valid, cancellation requests must include: client name, company name, the service package, and the primary rationale for cancellation.
Cancellations will be evaluated based on the specific project milestone reached, resource hours allocated, third-party licensing expenses, and work completed up to the date of request receipt.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed once execution has begun. We operate on a milestone-based delivery structure. Non-refundable services include:
- Client onboarding, research, and initial strategy calls
- Technical site audits and entity extraction analysis
- Paid social/Google ads campaign setups and pixel configuration
- Wireframe diagrams, monogram prototypes, and design proposals
- Custom AI automation flows, database configurations, and testing loops
- Partially or fully completed copy, assets, code blocks, or custom designs
- Third-party costs (ad spend, tool licenses, hosting, offset prints)
4. Partial Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by our management team, the refund value will be calculated after deducting: hours spent on active execution, payment processing gateway fees, administrative setup costs, and accrued external expenses.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source payment method where applicable, and may take 7–14 business days to clear depending on bank and gateway processing times.
