We need: your business name and logo, the key message or offer you want to communicate, any required text (dates, prices, contact info), your target audience, where the flyer will be distributed, and any brand colors or style preferences. The more specific your brief, the faster and more accurate our first concept will be.

You'll receive a print-ready PDF with 0.125-inch bleed and crop marks, in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI minimum. We also provide the print vendor specification sheet with paper stock recommendations and any special finishing notes (coating, folding, etc.) to take to your local printer.

Yes. We design the core layout for print and then adapt it for digital distribution - optimized dimensions for email header, Instagram Story, Facebook post, and website download. Digital versions are exported in RGB with web-appropriate file sizes and resolution.

If you want edit access, we can design in Canva and transfer the template to your account, giving you full ability to update text, dates, and offers yourself. If you prefer professional edits for updates, we can provide those at an hourly rate using the source file we retain on file.

We work with trusted print vendors for business cards, flyers, brochures, and large-format prints. We can manage the full print fulfillment on your behalf - file submission, proofing, print production, and delivery to your address or directly to a distribution location.
