We need: the product dimensions and weight (to determine structural requirements), the packaging type (box, label, pouch, etc.), target retail environment (shelf category, price tier), any regulatory or compliance text requirements, your brand guidelines, and the quantity you plan to print (this affects material and print method recommendations).

We do both. If you already have an approved structural dieline from your manufacturer, we design directly onto it. If you need a new structure developed, we work with structural engineers or source standard dielines that meet your dimensional and material specifications.

Regulated products (food, supplements, cosmetics, etc.) have specific label requirements for nutrition facts, ingredient lists, net weight declarations, and claim substantiation. We design layouts that accommodate all required regulatory elements while maintaining visual quality - and we recommend you have your regulatory text reviewed by a compliance specialist before print.

We design for digital printing (short run, cost-effective for test batches), litho offset printing (high volume, premium color quality), flexographic printing (labels and flexible packaging), and screen printing (specialty finishes). File specifications are tailored to whichever method your manufacturer uses.

Yes. We produce photorealistic 3D packaging renders using the final design files - showing the product from multiple angles in realistic environments. These are ideal for retail buyer presentations, Shopify product pages, investor decks, and crowdfunding campaign visuals before physical samples are produced.
